Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Louise and I am the owner and practitioner here at Bloom Wellness. My interest in holistic living started running barefoot in my Grandmothers' gardens. I have a deep connection to nature, a connection that I can always fall back on to nourish myself and others.

Alongside raising our 5 sons and growing a large amount of our own organic food, in 2012 I took my Foot Reflexology certificate and loved it so much that it sparked a continuing journey of learning more about healing practices. Eleven years later, I hold a Diploma of Arts and Science, a Diploma of Acupuncture and am certified in Indian Head Massage, Mei Zen Facial Protocols, Acusculpting Cosmetic Acupuncture, Channel Examination and Diagnosis and Qi Dynamics Deepening Skills and Advanced Myofascial Needling Techniques.

My treatments are multi-faceted, incorporating traditional acupuncture techniques, auricular acupuncture, Gua-Sha, Cupping, Moxa and Tai-Na where appropriate, alongside offering self care techniques and dietary information. I fully trust in your bodies innate power to heal itself and simply offer the gentle nudge needed to trigger your bodies healing mechanism.

I have treated a wide range of health concerns not limited too, but including, high blood pressure, chronic pain, diabetes and neuropathy, musculoskeletal issues, menstrual cycle disorders, menopausal syndrome, mental and emotional distress and allergies.
